|Recommended: NoDeceptive practices, unsafe living conditions, toxic fumes and mold problems, water damage that goes unfixed. Their fix-all for people having health issues is to pay them a small amount of money, let them out of their lease, and force them to sign an NDA to receive these things.

|Recommended: YesI love Moderna Germantown — I’ve been living at Modera Germantown for a year and love the location, modern finishes, and solid amenities. Maintenance is reliable, and the building feels safe and clean. It’s on the pricey side, but the convenience and vibe make it worth it. Perfect if you want to be close to downtown without the chaos.

|Recommended: YesThe staff are extremely helpful and kind. Awesome community with lots to do nearby, great upkeep and amenities. Dog park is great, gym is great. Sauna is spectacular. Corey in the maintenance team is extremely helpful and quick to respond - one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Hope and Cody in front office are super responsive and a great management team.

|Recommended: YesGreat Building, Great Staff — Everyone here has been nothing but kind and accommodating to me. As soon as a maintenance issue arose, Cory from the maintenance team was on top of it regardless of any other circumstances. Overall a quiet community up to this point outside of maybe some stomping, but I do understand people are still moving in.

The maintenance team is wonderful Every time I submit a request, they are quick to respond and come to the unit Corey and Will even came to replace our dryer on a Sunday They are outstanding

Just recently, Caitlin, the property manager, addressed my concerns about adding a maintenance-related installation above the standard design to meet my needs. She contacted me promptly and kindly, and ordered a custom fixture for my bathroom. Will, a member of the maintenance staff, quickly facilitated the installation, carefully taking the time to be precise on measurements and was very courteous throughout the process. I am so appreciative of the staff and how thoughtful they are, and I would recommend this community to anyone
